Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your Absolute Cycling device, you may return your device within fourteen (14) days of receiving your Absolute Cycling device. You will receive a full refund (via your original payment method), conditions apply, read below.

  • For purchases made directly from Absolute Cycling, you may request a return by following the instructions outlined in the “Standard Return” section below.
  • For purchases made through an Authorized Reseller, you must return the initial Absolute Cycling device purchase (including the mounting hardware and charging dock) to the original point of sale for a refund, subject to the Authorized Reseller’s return policy. Absolute Cycling does not issue refunds for purchases made from an Authorized Reseller, third-party retailer, or any third-party marketplace.

 

Standard return

To initiate a return, please contact service@absolutecycling.com, where a return shipping label will be provided. Once you have requested your return, you are eligible for a refund of the purchase price, minus return shipping costs, provided that the Absolute Cycling device is received within another fourteen (14) days from the date of your return request.

  • Products must be returned undamaged, in full working condition, and in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation.
  • All returns must be initiated by contacting service@absolutecycling.com
  • All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Exceptions:

  • Products or accessories with a broken software seal cannot be returned. You may turn on your cycling computer and admire its looks and display, but you cannot enter your data (pair it with your app) or ride with it and then return it.
  • If there are visibile assembly marks on the hardware (i.e. the handlebar mount), we may deduct a percentage from the return amount.
  • In certain cases, we will only be able to process refunds for shipping charges via PayPal.

Once an Absolute Cycling device is returned, we reserve the right to refurbish it for resale or offer it as a replacement device.
